Appointment Policy

OVH is a busy hospital with clients and their pets coming in and going home all day long.

All of our appointments are scheduled appointments. We ask that you arrive on time for your appointment so that others are not inconvenienced. All appointments require 24-hour notice of cancellations.

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Care Credit, cash and personal checks.

CareCredit is a line of credit available thorough GE Capital Consumer Card Co. (subject to your credit approval) to help you pay for your pets care. CareCredit offers you a no interest payment option. Care Credit can be applied  to purchases of at least $300 for 90 days, and $700 for 6 months. Minimum monthly payments are required.

Patient Arrival Policy

For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. 

All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.
