Doctor Scott Delaney



Dr. Delaney is a native of Ocean Township. He moved to Ocean Township in 1969 and graduated from Ocean Township High School in 1972. He has been married to his wife Brenda for 26 years and has three daughters, Kimberly, Allison and Erin.

Dr. Delaney received his Bachelors of Science degree from Colorado State University where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa. He received his Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from Colorado State University School of Biomedical Sciences and Veterinary Medicine in 1984.

Dr. Delaney's special interests include ophthalmology, feline medicine, dermatology, dentistry, and internal medicine. He is active in state and local veterinary associations. He served for 5 years as chairman of continuing education, and later as president for the Metropolitan New Jersey Veterinary Medical Association. He also served as an executive board member of the New Jersey Veterinary Medical Association.

Dr. Delaney and his family share their house with two very spoiled toy poodles named Cosette & Louis. Dr. Delaney enjoys playing racquetball, attending veterinary continuing education meetings, scuba diving, traveling, and gardening.
