Payment Policy
Full payment is required at the time that services are rendered.
For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Care Credit, cash and personal checks.
CareCredit is a line of credit available to help you pay for your pets care. It is offered through GE Capital Consumer Card Co. (subject to your credit approval). CareCredit offers a no interest payment option "same as cash" 6 month payment plan. Minimum monthly payments are required.

Patient Arrival Policy
For your protection, and that of others, we ask that:
• All dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms.
• All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.
• All exotic patients must be presented in carriers/enclosures appropriate to their species.
Please notify the client service representative if you need assistance or if a pet needs special handling.
