Drop-Off and Pick-Up
Monday-Friday
Drop-off time is after 2 p.m.
Pick-up time is before 1 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday
Drop-off time is after 12:30 p.m.
Pick-up time is before 11:30 a.m.
Early drop-off and late pick-up are available for $15 each.
Deposit/Cancellation Policy
A deposit of $20/night for lodging and $10/day for daycare is required.
The Daycare deposit will be waived for all pets with a daycare package. This deposit will remain as a credit on your account until your pet is discharged from his or her stay. This deposit is refundable ONLY if a cancellation notice is received at least 72 hours prior to the boarding date. Any cancelation within 72 hours or less will result in the loss of your entire deposit. If a reservation is made within 72 hours of a boarding date, your deposit is non-refundable. Deposits left for holidays and during our peak season times are non-refundable.
